  • Issues presented typically include zoning, historic and agricultural preservation, public works, environmental, land planning, and traffic matters.
  • Residential development projects include mixed use developments, Planned Unit Developments, major subdivisions, and minor subdivisions.
  • Commercial development projects include shopping centers, national "big box" retailers, office and medical office, car dealerships, fuel service stations, car washes, banks, catering halls, flex space developments, and similar uses.
  • Institutional projects include institutional master planning, continuing care retirement communities, assisted living facilities, churches, synagogues, schools, and public utilities.
