In order to implement a federally required program, Baltimore County is in the process of imposing a significant annual fee on ALL non-residential property owners, including charitable organizations and other nonprofits.
This presentation, with keynote speaker Vincent Gardina, Director of the County's Department of Environmental Protection, will give you the important information about the fees: the background, how other counties are handling them, how the fees will be calculated in Baltimore County, possible exemptions, and the process for appeals.
