Our attorneys have successfully brought suit in numerous jurisdictions in pursuit of indemnity, exoneration, and salvage against principals, indemnitors, and other third parties in order to recoup the surety's losses. 

We emphasize preventive legal services including initial assistance in drafting and negotiating contracts and real-time consultation on proper contract administration and claims procedure compliance. We always emphasize effective risk management and efficient resolution of business disputes.
