Chapter 11 Reorganizations

• Representation of chapter 11 debtors in pre-bankruptcy planning, bankruptcy filings, formulation of plans of reorganization/liquidation and proceedings involving defense of preferential and fraudulent transfers, executory contracts, asset sales and claim objections
• Counsel to F.T. Silfies, Inc. and Price Trucking, Inc., Case No. 09-15049 (D.Md.), regionally-based trucking companies specializing in bulk transportation of cement and lime, in its reorganization effort (plan of reorganization confirmed on November 20, 2009)
• Debtor's Reorganization Counsel to Long Rap, Inc., Case No. 09-00913 (D.D.C.), a national clothing retailer based in Washington, D.C., in its pending chapter 11 proceeding

Director & Officer Corporate Governance

• Counsel to manager and members of Lynx Chemical Group LLC in defense of corporate governance suit in Atlanta, Georgia
• Counsel to Liquidating Trustee in investigation and pursuit of claims against officers and members of In re Shapes/Arch LCC, an aluminum extrusion industrial company, and its affiliates in New Jersey

Special Counsel Litigation

• Special litigation counsel to H. Jason Gold, Chapter 11 trustee for Vijay K. Taneja and related cases pursuing avoidance claims

Business Litigation

• Obtained dismissal with prejudice for insurance company in auto tort litigation
• Obtained summary judgment for homeowners' association and its individual board members on all 15 counts of a complaint brought by homeowner in case involving riparian rights, land use and defamation
