Representation of local, regional and national interests before governmental agencies, boards, and legislative bodies to obtain necessary land use approvals.
Multi-jurisdictional administrative practice including administrative litigation and appellate practice before hearing officers, boards of appeal, and courts.
Issues presented typically include zoning, historic and agricultural preservation, public works, environmental, land planning, and traffic matters.
Residential development projects include mixed use developments, Planned Unit Developments, major subdivisions, and minor subdivisions.
Commercial development projects include shopping centers, national "big box" retailers, office and medical office, car dealerships, fuel service stations, car washes, banks, catering halls, flex space developments, and similar uses.
Institutional projects include institutional master planning, continuing care retirement communities, assisted living facilities, churches, synagogues, schools, and public utilities.
