- Litigated extensively before the National Labor Relations Board with one of his most recent cases, Sasol North America v. NLRB, 275 F.3d 1106, decided by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia
- Experience in business litigation and white collar criminal matters
- Litigated to verdict cases involving RICO, business torts, breaches of contract, and assorted other tort and business related matters, as well as numerous criminal cases including a first degree murder case which was featured in the magazine, True Detective
