Join ACC and Whiteford, Taylor & Preston in person or via webinar as we review 2019's regulatory developments for tax-exempt organizations, flag trends and discuss issues nonprofit in-house counsel should be mindful of in 2020.  Topics will include published IRS/Treasury guidance, aspects of Tax Reform legislation, and significant court decisions from 2019.  We will also discuss current developments in state charity oversight, the TE/GE Fiscal Year Program Letter (formerly known as the IRS Workplan), and the Treasury/IRS Priority Guidance Plan for FY 2019-2020.
