Anatomy of a Chapter 11 Plan Confirmation Hearing - WTP speaker

This panel, which is part of the American Bankruptcy Institute's 33rd Annual Spring Meeting, will explore key chapter 11 plan confirmation issues by way of a live demonstration of a confirmation hearing. The demonstration will address the most commonly litigated legal issues, the evidence required to satisfy those requirements, and in particular, how to present and cross-examine experts in connection with feasibility. Audience members will be asked to “rule.”
Panelists include WTP's Susan Roberts, Mike Ahrens of Shepherd Mullin, Kelly Stapleton of Alvarez and Marsal, and Bradley Sharp of Development Specialists, Inc. The confirmation "hearing" will be held by Judge Huennekens.
