ASAE Association Law Online Conference - WTP speaker

Discover ways to protect the valuable intellectual property (IP) of associations. This course will address the basics of the key IP rights applicable to associations: copyrights and trademarks, including electronic use, registration, notice, infringement, and enforcement; as well as, ways to avoid infringing on the IP of others; internet applications such as domain names, terms of use,  and social media; publishing and content; use of lists and association-sponsored affinity programs; and other association related issues.
