Jim Kahl, a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office will be speaking at the ASAE Chicago Law Symposium on May 19, 2016. Jim will be joined by Dan Ekstein, a partner at Sagac Public Affairs, and their presentation will address the rules of the road for supporting candidates and operating a PAC, as well as strategies for growing a PAC and using it as part of an integrated government affairs program. This presentation is Part One of a special two-part election year political law curriculum offered at the Symposium, which will address issues of importance to the tax-exempt community.
