ASAE's Law Symposium - WTP speakers

This annual symposium on nonprofit law is targeted to association in-house counsel and their outside legal advisors, and will feature three sessions with WTP lawyers.
- Political Law Update: Jeff Altman is one of two presenters on the topic of the laws and regulators scrutinizing public policy advocacy, lobbying and actions to support or oppose candidates by tax-exempt entities.
- Cybersecurity Threats and Legal Risks: Howard Feldman and Keith Moulsdale, co-chairs of WTP's Cyber Security group, will present with an association in-house counsel on how to prepare for and respond to the legal risks that cybersecurity threats pose to the valuable data that associations collect.
- Global Legal Issues for Associations: Jeff Glassie, co-chair of WTP's Nonprofit group, joins a panel addressing the complex legal issues that affect associations as they expand internationally.
