Energy Incentives for Small Businesses - WTP sponsor

Date: May 20, 2014 - 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Location:

Pussers Caribbean Grille, Annapolis Marriott Waterfront Hotel, 80 Compromise St., Annapolis MD

Small businesses are the lifeblood of sustainable, vibrant communities. The nation's small businesses spend more than $60 billion a year on energy, making the operation of vehicles and cooling and heating of indoors space one of the largest expenses they face.

Join us to network with experts on money-saving incentives and available resources.

Note: MCONNECT will be held during the US Naval Academy's Commissioning Week and shortly after the Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Squadron's rehearsal fly-over. Traffic will be heavy, so plan accordingly. The closest City garage is the Hillman Garage, 150 Gorman Street, with entrances on Main Street and Duke of Gloucester Street.

MCONNECT is a series of after-hours, informal gatherings to share ideas and inspiration, while generating networking opportunities and access to markets and partnerships for various stakeholders.

MCONNECT was created as part of the Maryland Clean Energy Center's mission to encourage business development opportunities, build awareness, and increase energy literacy. The program is designed to give organizations and individuals the opportunity to make connections, stimulate dialogue, engage stakeholders, and foster cooperation through bi-monthly discussions, each on a different topic.
