Finance and Transactional Attorney Kimberly J. Min Joins Whiteford's Baltimore Office
Baltimore, MD -- Whiteford Taylor & Preston announced today that Kimberly J. Min, a Baltimore-based corporate attorney with significant public finance and real estate transactional experience, has joined the firm as a partner and will be based in its Baltimore office.

Ms. Min represents clients in public finance transactions as both transactional and tax counsel. Her public finance practice includes representation of borrowers, issuers, bond purchasers and credit enhancers of tax-exempt bonds. She is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) and presents regularly at its conference panels relating to direct purchase transactions. Ms. Min also regularly represents institutional and entrepreneurial clients in all facets of institutional and entrepreneurial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, management, leasing and disposition.
