Nussbaum Presents at American Bankruptcy Institute's Mid-Atlantic Conference

Baltimore - Whiteford, Taylor & Preston (WTP) attorney Paul M. Nussbaum presented on Intercreditor Issues in a plenary session of the American Bankruptcy Institute's 6th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop in Cambridge, Maryland, on August 6, 2010. The session was moderated by James E. O'Neill, Esq., of Wilmington, DE.

Mr. Nussbaum is the chair of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston's Business Reorganizations and Restructuring section.
