Outsourcing and Off-Shoring Strategies - WTP speaker

This session is part of the two-day AICPA Global Manufacturing Conference. 

Outsourcing and off-shoring issues cover a wide range of legal and accounting areas, including intellectual property, tax, employment, privacy and data security, regulatory affairs, corporate matters, insurance, real estate and dispute resolution. Although a thorough discussion of all of these topics is beyond the scope of this panel, this program will address the types of issues companies face when considering an outsourcing or off-shoring strategy, and it will touch upon the recent in-sourcing trend in certain sectors. It will also pay particular attention to Asia, in particular China, and address key factors companies consider (or should consider) when deciding on whether or where to establish a regional headquarters in Asia.
