Steve Gerald Takes New Role at TMA Chapter

Baltimore -- Whiteford Taylor & Preston is pleased to announce that our partner Stephen B. Gerald has been elected to the board of the Chesapeake Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.

Mr. Gerald is a partner in the Business Reorganizations & Bankruptcy practice at the firm. He practices in Wilmington DE and Baltimore MD, where he represents entities in bankruptcy related proceedings and transactions, including business reorganizations, liquidations, work-outs, purchases of healthy and distressed assets, and all types of related litigation, and also has experience representing troubled companies both inside and outside the bankruptcy process.

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. Established in 1988, TMA has more than 9,300 members in 49 chapters, including 31 in North America and one each in Australia, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Romania, Singapore, Southern Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.
