Whiteford Represents Accumark In the Sale of its Subsurface Engineering Companies To Hoffman Southwest

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston is proud to have represented the selling owners of Accumark, Inc., Pipe Vision, LLC and Benchmark VA LLC Subsurface Utility Services (collectively, “Accumark”) in their sale to Hoffman Southwest, a rapidly growing provider of water flow inspection, repair and cleaning services.  Based in Ashland, Va., Accumark provides subsurface utility engineering, underground utility locating, pipe inspection and pipe cleaning services across the Mid-Atlantic United States.  Accumark’s existing management team, including President Craig Martin, will continue to lead daily operations and provide strategic support as Hoffman Southwest continues to expand its underground infrastructure capabilities nationwide.
