Whiteford Represents Landmark Property Services in $98.1M Multifamily Portfolio Acquisition

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston is very pleased to have represented Landmark Property Services, Inc. (“Landmark”) in connection with the acquisition of 971 multifamily apartment units from The Wilton Companies (“Wilton”) for $98.1 million.  The portfolio consisted of 16 apartment communities in Richmond’s west end, and is the largest multifamily transaction in Henrico County to date in 2019 in both total sales price and aggregate number of units.  Landmark has managed the portfolio for Wilton since 2002, and will continue to do so.  The multi-disciplinary team of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston attorneys advising on the transaction included Katja Hill, Nicole Scott, William MacIlwaine and John Selbach.
