Whiteford Represents Urban Grid in $100M Loan Transaction

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston has represented Urban Grid Solar Projects in closing a $100 million senior secured term loan facility. As reported in The Daily Record, Urban Grid Closes $100M Senior Secured Term Loan Facility, the facility will finance late-stage development of more than 5 GWp of utility-scale solar projects under development by Urban Grid.  Whiteford’s legal team included Kimberly Min, Dave Daneman, Ryan Stoker, Craig Heron, Eric Vendt and Richa Fortuna.
