Whiteford Represents Virginia CU Realty In Acquisition of Joyner Fine Properties

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston is pleased to have represented Virginia CU Realty, LLC, a subsidiary of Virginia Credit Union, in its acquisition of Joyner Fine Properties, Inc./Joyner Commercial, an established real estate brokerage firm in the Richmond area. Joyner operates five locations and provides real estate representation to sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, builders and developers. VACU is the largest state-chartered credit union in Virginia, with over 280,000 members, $3.6 billion dollars in assets, and 689 employees. The acquisition of Joyner will expand Virginia CU Realty’s real estate brokerage subsidiary by approximately 170 agents.
