Chad Toms is presenting on a CAI panel discussion regarding the changing marketplace for short term rentals in our coastal communities. Expert panelists include a real estate professional, rental management agent, insurance advisor, community association managers and legal counsel. We will be discussing both the benefits and problems arising from the increasing trend toward short term rentals in community associations.
