Loan Workouts and Financial Restructuring.  We help clients structure and negotiate out-of-court workouts of financial solutions to meet the objectives of both creditors and debtors. Our knowledge and the implementation of our innovative solutions often lead to out-of-court settlements including sales, mergers and acquisitions.

Landlord/Tenant Rights in Bankruptcy.  We advise landlords and tenants seeking bankruptcy relief. 

Real Estate and Land Use.  We counsel clients regarding forbearance agreements, principal and interest modifications and reductions, and protection of guarantors. We handle acquisitions and dispositions through creative financing; price modifications; extensions; financing, development, and valuation contingencies; and determining and allocating environmental and other site risks.
