Mr. Gestrich is a member of the firm’s Business Solutions, Restructuring & Financial Litigation group. He represents clients in business litigation in federal and state courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and in bankruptcy proceedings. He also has experience in patent and trademark matters, including preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications.

He clerked for the Honorable Peter J. Phipps of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Prior to his appellate clerkship, he clerked for Judge Phipps in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
