Mr. Strickland is Managing Partner of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston’s Bethesda office and a Partner in the firm’s Business Reorganizations and Bankruptcy Litigation group, which Chambers USA ranks as “Band 1,” its highest tier.  He represents companies and individuals in Chapter 11 reorganizations, bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings.  Mr. Strickland also represents creditor’s committees, bankruptcy trustees and creditors in complex bankruptcy proceedings and litigation, as well as creditors in enforcement of payment rights in bankruptcy, state and federal courts.
