Mr. Bonney is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice. He advises corporate clients on various matters related to entity ownership governance, including buyouts of existing owners. He also assists lead counsel in representing various entities in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, master services agreements, and equipment sales agreements. Mr. Bonney drafts operating agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and other organizational documents for various operating entities and advises private companies on complex reorganizations. He previously clerked for the Honorable Glenn R. Croshaw and the Honorable Leslie L. Lilley in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court.
