  • Successfully negotiated dispute over purchase and sale of four jet airliners
  • Successfully represented electrical subcontractor in claim for cost overruns and changes on hospital project for major university
  • Obtained summary judgment finding public official liable in Section 1983 case for retaliating against client who publicly criticized him
  • Obtained summary judgment dismissing high profile defamation case brought against president of marketing firm
  • Obtained dismissal of defamation claim brought against trade association and its president
  • Obtained summary judgment dismissing claims brought against Member of Congress by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
  • Obtained order declaring multi-million dollar judgment held by client to be non-dischargeable in bankruptcy
  • Successfully appealed Bankruptcy Court order enjoining claims held by client against third parties
 

Construction Litigation

  • Successfully represented electrical subcontractor in claim for cost overruns and changes on hospital project for major university
  • Successfully represented mechanical subcontractor in claim for delays and changes on Veterans Administration hospital project
  • Successfully represented civil works subcontractor in claim to recover for delays and extra in project to construct United States Embassy for Department of State
 

Intellectual Property Litigation

  • Obtained multi-million dollar arbitration award in favor of general aviation aircraft manufacturer in dispute over licensing agreement
  • Successfully defended aircraft engine manufacturer in trademark infringement suit
  • Successfully represented medical services provider in theft of trade secrets case, involving prosecution of the first ever case between two western companies before the Russian State Committee for Anti-Monopoly Policy
 

Professional Liability

  • Successfully defended attorneys sued for legal malpractice by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation

  • Obtained multi-million dollar arbitration award in favor of general aviation aircraft manufacturer in dispute over licensing agreement
