An experienced litigator and trial attorney, Ms. Pail represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings, corporate restructurings and insolvency litigation.  Prior to joining Whiteford, she served as Chief Counsel for the Office of the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where she was responsible for representing the Chapter 13 Trustee in connection with bankruptcy-related issues and matters from motions to trial, conducted thousands of debtor examinations, and represented the Trustee in complex mediations.
