Mr. Pedini focuses his practice on real estate and general corporate services. His multi-state practice involves transactional real estate work and associated zoning and permitting, with an emphasis on representing large companies operating in the telecommunications and health care sectors.

For much of his professional career, Mr. Pedini has advised clients on real estate and land use matters.  His experience outside of the traditional practice of law includes site development management and consulting, where he oversaw real estate, zoning and construction teams who attended to obtaining property interests and land use entitlements for and to the deployment of many wireless antenna sites and towers.  In addition to his consultant work, he maintained his own law practice, advising clients on real estate, family law, business formation and operation and Social Security Disability matters.

  • Outside real estate counsel to regional health systems and hospital groups, advising on:
    • Acquisition and disposition of real property
    • Medical office leases, subleases and assignments

Client Advisory: Coronavirus and Contract Enforcement in Virginia

While governments throughout the world, including the federal government and state governments in the United States, are implementing strategies for controlling the spread and impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the economic fallout from the pandemic is being felt on a global scale as well as locally in Virginia.  Forced closings of businesses and schools, employees working remotely and general concerns and uncertainty about the pandemic combine to create novel challenges for businesses.
