Mr. Lund has extensive domestic and international experience in delivering legal services to the  mining, energy and construction industries, first as a partner with a global law firm and then as General Counsel for three international companies, including a publicly traded mining company. Clients retain him for his ability to translate broad and substantive legal knowledge into practical, business-oriented solutions to complex business, legal, human resources, ethics and compliance issues.

He has a wide range of experience in the representation of the various stakeholders in financially distressed situations, including, but not limited to, corporate debtors, asset acquirers, equity holders and creditors.  He has also served on court-appointed committees.
