Prior to attending law school, Ms. Cayton worked in the public service community of Boston, Massachusetts. Her experiences there included the collection and analysis of community service data on behalf of Boston’s anti-poverty agency, the implementation of technology benchmarks for Boston’s Empowerment Zone (a 10-year urban renewal project combining tax credits, bond issuance and community grants), and the development of software to track the delivery of community services.
