Mr. Hare has spent his career litigating a variety of complex commercial and business issues in state and federal courts.  He regularly represents debtors, creditors and bankruptcy trustees in adversary proceedings, as well as in cases involving fiduciary duty claims, malpractice claims, collection and other contract matters.
 
Mr. Hare also has extensive experience litigating a variety of business disputes, including shareholder and partnership litigation, antitrust matters, trade secret litigation, contract matters, commercial fraud claims, construction litigation, state-court receivership proceedings, and class action litigation.
