Mr. Morse focuses his practice on civil litigation. He previously clerked for The Honorable Daniel A. Friedman on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. While in law school, Mr. Morse served as a legal intern at the Department of the Interior, a judicial intern for The Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the U.S. District Court in Baltimore and an intern for the Maryland Office of the State Prosecutor.
