Mr. Trice is a corporate transactional attorney with experience as a corporate executive and entrepreneur. He frequently serves as outside general counsel to small and middle-market companies and has over 25 years’ experience in the federal government contracts sector and in representing government contractors. Mr. Trice has worked closely with business owners, executive leadership and corporate boards advising on myriad business matters, including structuring, contracts, capital raising, risk mitigation, compliance, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises on FAR compliance, prime and subcontract agreements, teaming agreements, independent contractor agreements, contract settlement agreements and, more generally, the unique dynamics of doing business with the federal government. Mr. Trice’s  international business practice includes experience in Ghana, West Africa, in the infrastructure sector.
