Construction related litigation/arbitration matters on behalf of contractors and owners, including construction disputes between trades, mechanics' lien claims, defective construction claims, bid claims, contract claims, and all other such matters, in the various State and Federal courts in Maryland.
Representation of property owners and trial of numerous County and State Eminent Domain/Condemnation cases before juries in Circuit Courts for Baltimore City, Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties.
Trial of numerous jury/court real estate cases involving adverse possession claims and prescriptive easement claims asserted by adjoining property owners.
Defense of Asbestos manufacturers in Product Liability claims.

Representation of doctors and other medical personnel before Med-Chi, State Board of Physician Quality Assurance, before Hospital Review Boards on privileges hearings; and in trial level courts on privileges disputes & in administrative tribunals.
Representation of property owners in development process.
