Whiteford Represents Virginia Insurance Group in Merger with Richmond Insurance Services

Whiteford is pleased to have represented Virginia Insurance Group in its recent merger with Richmond Insurance Services. The newly merged entity will continue as an independent insurance agency specializing in providing auto, home, life and commercial insurance to individuals and small to medium-sized businesses throughout Virginia. Virginia Insurance Group was represented in the transaction by Jay M. Keeton as legal counsel to the seller. Ryan C. Young, of Young Law, represented Richmond Insurance Services.
