Whiteford Adds Corporate and Real Estate Attorney

Mr. Keeton is an experienced advisor on a broad range of corporate and real estate matters, including formations, complex partnership agreements, commercial real estate purchases, business purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures and a wide array of other agreements and contracts. His experience includes serving as General Counsel for a Richmond-area investment advisory firm. He is also experienced in every aspect of estate planning, a member of the Richmond Estate Planning Council and a frequent speaker on topics such as tax law changes, retirement planning for IRAs and succession planning for business owners.
Mr. Keeton received his LL.M. in Tax from the Villanova School of Law in 2009, his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2008, his Masters in History from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004 and his B.A. in History from James Madison University in 1999.
