Ms. Neifert focuses her practice on real estate. She represents developers, owners, builders, investors, and contractors in every stage of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects – from land acquisition through development, including zoning, leasing, and disposition. She also consults on real estate litigation matters.

Ms. Neifert previously clerked for the Honorable Audrey J.S. Carrión in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
