Biography
BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Kleidman has over 30 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, investment banker and private equity investor and has led over 200 investment and M&A transactions. He represents private and public companies, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital raising transactions and other corporate and securities matters. He also represents private equity and venture capital firms in connection with their M&A transactions, private equity matters and venture capital fund formation. His clients range from venture start-ups to middle market companies in the healthcare, media, technology, blockchain, cannabis, and consumer and industrial products industries.

- Advised and represented the owners/sellers of a leading hydroponics business in a cash and stock transaction valued in excess of $55 million.

- Represented the owners/sellers of two different cannabis dispensaries in their respective sale transactions to a large multi-state operator.
- Advised and represented a Massachusetts licensed cannabis operator and its affiliated entities in their initial formations and in connection with several subsequent capital raises totaling approximately $7.5M.
