Ms. Manning is an Associate in the firm’s Community Associations practice.  She represents condominium unit owner associations, homeowner associations, and housing cooperative entities.

She previously served as a Congressional Intern in the Office of Randy Hultgren, U.S. House of Representatives. Ms. Manning graduated from the George Washington University with a concentration in Business and Finance Law. While in law school, she was a member of The George Washington International Law Review.
