Mr. Readshaw is experienced in the representation of lenders, landlords and trade creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and collection matters. He serves on both the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section Committee for the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Standing Local Rules Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In addition, his experience extends to real estate, general corporate matters, secured transactions and commercial litigation.
