In preparation for the start of the pool season, Marla Diaz will be leading a discussion on the impact that the federal Fair Housing Act and state and local fair housing laws have on pool rules adopted by community associations. Can associations require children to be supervised at the pool? Do associations have to allow emotional support animals in the pool area? Are 15 minute swim breaks for children really illegal?
