Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Association Institute (WMCCAI) 2016 Conference and Expo

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston had an impressive turnout from the Falls Church, Washington and Bethesda offices at the conference and expo which was held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in DC.  Over 1,800 homeowners, business partners and managers attended.  Among those in attendance from Whiteford, five volunteered at the conference and four attorneys spoke at the various educational sessions throughout the day.  The speakers and their topics included Drew Terrell, “Hot Topics in Community Associations,” Jane Rogers, “D.C. Legislative Updates,” and Roberto Montesinos and Ray Via, “Leasing Restrictions in the Age of Airbnb.”
