Mr. DeCarlo concentrates his practice on land use and zoning, business formation and landlord tenant matters. He previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judith C. Ensor in the Baltimore County Circuit Court and as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Sally D. Adkins on the Maryland Court of Appeals.
