Biography
BIOGRAPHY
As a member of the firm’s Business Solutions, Restructuring & Financial Litigation group, Mr. Lindsay's practice focuses on commercial bankruptcy, creditor’s rights and insolvency law. He is an experienced Chapter 11 business bankruptcy practitioner, having worked on a vast array of commercial bankruptcy matters spanning various industries and courts around the country.  He has also represented secured and unsecured creditors in both state and bankruptcy court proceedings and has significant experience representing defendants in preference litigation and other bankruptcy litigation matters.
