Biography
BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Best is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer whose practice is focused on representing clients in business and corporate matters across a number of business and industry segments. He has litigated and tried cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts across a wide range of cases involving commercial disputes, corporate and fiduciary duty issues, construction defects, real estate litigation, insurance coverage questions, product liability, land use and zoning, natural resource leases and tort and insurance defense matters.
