Inclusion in the legal profession is something that has to be intentional. Whiteford Taylor has made an effort over the years to recruit diverse, talented lawyers. In each generation, we have someone who is now partner in the firm, who is a diverse lawyer who grew up in the law at Whiteford Taylor & Preston. I think that's the culture that the firm has promoted.
